Swedish Customer Services Advisor Permanent position - Ј14220 Gross per year Job Purpose: Utilising a multi lingual skill set, provide 1st class customer service through efficiently managing all customer inquiries and relevant administrative support work. Principal Accountabilities 1) Be proactive in providing a first class level of customer care at all times. 2) Deal with all customer enquiries in a courteous and professional manner within agreed service and target levels, recording all relevant information in a timely and articulate manner. 3) Where applicable, proactively solve customer issues at the first point of resolution. 4) Achieve quality and service standards set by the department. 5) Make an effective contribution to ensure open communication exists within the team. 6) Be proactive in the retention of the customer database. 7) As part of the Euro team, provide linguistic & Administrative support.
